Hey, How’s it going?
My name Megan and I am the author here at My Little Changes. I am a 4th year naturopathic medical student , wife, and puppy momma. I am addicted to coffee, I love to take naps, and my favorite feeling is standing with my feet in the ocean and the waves washing over them. I am a terrible speller and use my google search bar as a dictionary. I almost flunked chemistry in high school. I can never keep up with laundry and I would rather eat dark chocolate than any other food.
My husband is Mark, tall, blond, handsome. We have been married for more than 10 years and life just keeps getting better. We are opposites in a lot of ways, but we also enjoy a lot of the same things. He makes me laugh more than anyone and I can always count on him to get me coffee when I am feeling too lazy to get out of bed…
As this blog develops I hope that you can get to know the real me. I hope to provide you with some good stories of my adventures and some tid-bits of health and nutrition. I hope to inspire you to make ‘little changes’ to improve your health and take control of your health through many different avenues. As a student clinician I have had the chance to work with wonderful patients and meet people where they are at on their path to wellness. These little changes that they make have the power to transform their lives.
Now, the stuff I have to say!
I am not a doctor. Anything you read here is not to be interpreted as medical advice, but rather my personal experiences. Should you have a medical condition that needs addressing I recommend that you contact your local physician. If you would like to see a Naturopathic doctor visit The American Association of Naturopathic Physicians to find one in your area.
Drop me a line if you want to chat about anything in particular!
